Definitions The "Company" or "WOW" will mean World Of Wines Company Limited, and "Customer" will mean any person, firm, company, corporation or body which places orders with the Company. bt = Bottle (0.75L) cs = Case (i.e. 12 bottles) unless stated otherwise hg = Half-bottle (0.375L) mg = Magnum (1.5L) DC = Decanter GR = Gambero Rosso - Slow Food RP = Robert Parker WS = Wine Spectator Delivery Customers are advised to and shall be deemed to have inspected all goods immediately upon delivery, and shall notify us forthwith (within 24 hours) of any shortage or damage. Once goods have been out of our control for any period, any damage or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter. We offer free daily delivery service between 10:30am to 7:30pm to any address on New Territories, Kowloon, and Hong Kong Island for any purchase over one case, i.e. 12 bottles of wines (mixed case allowed). For express delivery or delivery to outlying Islands, please contact us for further details. Office Hours Office open from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday; 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday. Closed all Sundays and Hong Kong Public Holidays. Order(s) can be placed via e-mail / phone call 24-hour daily. Express delivery can be arranged within 24 hours upon confirmation of order placed. Invoice / Sales Order Customers will only be issued a sales invoice when the wines are available for delivery. A sales order will be issued for wines on order that are not yet available for delivery. Law and Jurisdiction Any contract made herein shall be deemed to be made under the laws of the Hong Kong Government HKSAR. Payment Payment must be made in full upon receipt of invoice. Overdue sum carry interest at 5% per month of overdue amount until payment is fully settled. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders at any time after payment due date. Method of payment may be in the form of C.O.D., cash, Hong Kong Dollar cheque, autopay, (All cheques / payment should made payable to "World Of Wines Company Ltd.") or by bank transfer (Hang Seng Bank, Current Account No.024-383-300704-001). All wines remain the property of WOW until payment is received in full. Prices / Vintages All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars inclusive of the duty tax at the prevailing rate and offered in Hong Kong unless expressly stated otherwise. All prices and vintages in the price list are subject to change without prior notice. Sales All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold and subject to our written confirmation. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This list supercedes all previous lists. Storage A storage charge may, at our sole discretion, be levied for goods, which have been made available but not collected beyond 30 days. Terms Credit accounts could be opened on application of corporate customer with support documents, and has to be settled within the agreed credit period. WOW reserves the right to amend the credit terms whenever it deems necessary. Wine Condition Wines sold are non-refundable. We will, at our discretion, consider the replacement of the remaining unopened bottles of any case sold, where the wine is not drinkable quality.
